Established in 2011 by Engineer Mohamed El Haddad, MODAD Group aspires to be a leader in the construction industry. Consisting of six subsidiaries and a Charity Foundation, the Egyptian conglomerate specializes in Real Estate Development, Construction & Engineering Solutions, Electromechanical, Smart Solutions, Fine Finishing, and Facility Management.
In 2021, MODAD Properties emerged as a subsidiary, dedicated to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality real estate developments. Our inaugural project, SECTOR, is a Business Complex situated in the heart of the Financial District in the New Administrative Capital.
